Milton Keynes-based IT Recruitment Consultancy wins prestigious award – MKFM 106.3FM
Lucid Support Services, specialist in IT recruitment consulting and project management, was named “Best Recruitment Agency for IT / Technology in 2021” by the Recruiter Awards.
Lucid Support Services, based in Milton Keynes, was a first-time participant in the award, but won the award despite competing against some large, well-known agencies.
The awards, hosted by DeeDee Doke, editor of Recruiter magazine and comedian Joel Dommett, on Thursday 23rd September at the JW Marriot Grosvenor Hotel in London, were decided by a jury of 33 industry experts and the participants were strict Innovation and best practice reviews; and financial soundness.
Lucid Support Services is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022 and has established itself as a provider of temporary work and contractor recruitment through to complete project management, including team recruitment and flexible project services.
Lucid works with a range of clients, from scale up to global companies, in the UK and internationally.
The judges were impressed by Lucid’s innovative approach to the marketplace and inspired by her in-depth knowledge and expertise.
The jury commented on Lucid’s victory: “The extraordinary case studies of this participant really turned out to be for the jury – and showed us very impressively how recruitment can be a real game changer and value driver for the customer – especially if, as this participant has shown us that the service is embedded and not transactional. Excellent and very impressive examples of real innovation also in supply. “
