A Leeds-based agile business transformation specialist with $ 16 million in annual revenue

Burendo provides its customers in the UK and abroad with experts who can tackle software development challenges in short sprints before quickly reviewing the results to determine the next step in the project.

It was founded in 2018 by Gary Green, Austen Bell and Glenn Crossley, who also contributed to the introduction of the Blended Agile Delivery (BAD) Toolkit, which provides open access to agile techniques and processes.

Despite the obstacles to growth for many companies as a result of the pandemic, Burendo continued to win new customers and increase the number of employees.

Gary Green, Company People Director, said, “We are proud of each and every one of our employees and we look forward to celebrating this milestone.

“Our highly qualified professionals work in challenging environments and on complex projects with some of the brightest minds and agile thinkers.

“With many new positions advertised on our website, Burendo is looking forward to further expanding our strengths in the coming weeks and months.”

Austen Bell, Operations Director, said, “We have come a long way in a short amount of time. Our success is based on the fact that we use the talent pool of the Burendo family and have a clear plan and a clear direction at all levels of the company.

“In order to build on what we have achieved, we have to remain lean, efficient and customer-oriented.”

Glenn Crossley, Commercial Director, added, “Together with Austen and Gary, I enjoyed being part of a company that finds pragmatic solutions to the business challenges out there.

“We are surrounded by a team of incredibly talented people and I look forward to building new relationships and working with organizations to turn opportunities into results.”
