Sheffield-based automotive lead generation software company, FISC Ltd, has been acquired by Keyloop, a global technology solutions provider for the automotive industry.

Founded in 2010, FISC Ltd supports dealers, OEMs and finance houses around the world to maximize vehicle sales and improve customer loyalty with its flagship product, eMaster.

Keyloop was previously known as the international division of CDK Global.

The latest deal follows the takeover of enquiryMAX by Keyloop in March of this year. It shows Keyloop’s continued commitment to developing an open platform that connects the automotive retail industry and enhances the car buying and owning experience in collaboration with dealers and OEMs.

The auditing, tax and consulting company RSM advised FISC Ltd on the sale to Keyloop.

The transaction was led by James Wild, RSM UK’s corporate finance partner, with assistance from Nick Wyatt and James Smith.

The Knights corporate team, led by David Easdown and assisted by Pearse Connery, Wendy Catterall and Danial Gianferrari, provided legal advice on the transaction.

Wild said: ‘This transaction enables FISC and Keyloop to strategically improve their product offerings and further expand their presence nationally and internationally.

“It’s a fantastic partnership and opportunity for both parties, and I’m delighted that RSM has been able to help support the strategic goals of yet another ambitious tech company based in the north.”
