Javid Patel, Head of Eddisons’ growing public sector division, said, “We are delighted to have been appointed to this prestigious new national procurement framework, the CCS. It is a great asset to our practice and a significant milestone that further strengthens our position as a preferred partner across the public sector.

“Our appointment is supported by Eddisons’ growing internal teams and partner alliances, which enable us to provide a holistic end-to-end service.

“Helping public clients address the new real estate challenges they face post-pandemic is vital, in addition to fueling economic growth, supporting the government’s leveling agenda, and moving to a net-zero carbon economy . “

The appointment also provides for the company to provide technical expertise, feasibility studies and estate management services.

Eddisons, in partnership with global facility management and sustainability support services group Equans, also provides specialized services such as government soft landings that enable a smooth transition from building a building to operations.
