Founder Paul Boileau, a civil engineer who founded Brookbanks Consulting in 1997, becomes Group Managing Director of his various interests including the development company Paviliongate and SVM Consulting Engineers, a mechanical and electrical consulting firm.
Andrew Thorley joined Paul Boileau in January 2020 as Operations and Executive Director and will now become Managing Director of Brookbanks.
The Companies House filing reveals that Brookbanks Consulting had only one employee prior to Andrew Thorley’s arrival, despite being successful enough to pay a dividend of more than £ 2 million to its owner in 2019.
“I am really proud to lead the company through the next stages of development,” said the new managing director.
Paul Boileau said, “We have well-established and exciting plans to continue this successful journey and I really look forward to working closely with Andrew and the rest of the teams in the years to come.”
