DDB expands Mars Integrated consumer crew appointing Varsha Kaura as International Enterprise Director

The unique know-how of Kaura combines strategic management, brand and creative strategy, integrated strategy, data and analysis as well as business strategy. She will leverage this unique mix to develop and deliver data-driven creative solutions for selected Mars Incorporated brands. The global position is within the DDB Chicago and reports in Justin Thomas-Copeland, CEO of DDB North America.

Kaura will be responsible for strengthening Mars Incorporated’s global relationships across multiple regions and individual agency offices, including adam & eveDDB, DDB Chicago, DDB Guangzhou, DDB Mudra, DDB Mexico, and DDB New York. She will offer first class solutions Mars Wrigley Confectionery and Mars Pet Nutrition.

Kaura will be responsible for delivering future-oriented data-driven creative solutions for Mars Incorporated, leveraging the new data and insight platforms and capabilities built into DDB as part of a broader agency redesign strategy driven by the CEO Justin Thomas-Copeland.

Kaura’s experience spans a variety of roles and industries. Her expertise in brand management, creative solutions, and data targeting has led brands like Allstate, Kellogg’s, and Brooks to grow. Kaura was a member of the core management team at Motista, where she managed strategy and customer relationships in various industries for the start-up Predictive Intelligence. With over 20 years of experience in creative agencies and management consulting, Kaura represents the senior hybrid skills that are becoming a feature of DDB NAM.
