We were fortunate to work closely with Triton’s global leadership team, which was like learning from Yoda [Star Wars reference]. The industry knowledge they have given us has fundamentally changed the way we viewed the importance of shipping containers and the shipping industry on a global scale. This expanded our simple redesign project into a full digital transformation project. We have redesigned and optimized the shipping container website, including the e-commerce portal, which registered customers can use to optimize online sales. We designed a chassis sales website and provided them with a digital marketing strategy that will drive sales and help them find new customers while engaging socially with existing customers.

This project started in February 2019 and ended in July 2020. The Triton leadership team had the anticipation in 2019 to agree to a full digital transformation for their company. During the Covid-19 shutdown, Triton International was already prepared for the transition to online sales that every company from every industry wanted to find out.
