Teneo launches ‘Teneo Efficiency’ enterprise line

Teneo launches 'Teneo Performance' division

Teneo, a global CEO consulting firm, has launched its Teneo Performance business, which will help CEOs improve business performance through effective organizational change.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced many companies to change their business models, change the way they work and pay more attention to diversity and corporate purposes.

“The past 12 months have accelerated so many major trends for businesses – digitization, purpose alignment, diversity and inclusion, focusing on the mental wellbeing of employees – that executives need a broader approach to high performance based on directly relevant experience is based in several situations. Said Chris Wearing, chairman of Teneo International.

In response to this urgent organizational need, the New York-based management consultancy launched an offering that will help clients improve performance with experience programs and organizational changes based on new norms related to hybrid working, diversity and inclusion (D & I) as well as corporate purpose and sustainability.

The interactive development programs and experience content of Teneo Performance – including personal and virtual workshops – will take into account, among other things, the organizational requirements with regard to corporate purpose development, cultural transformation, D&I and talent strategy.

“Now is the time to bring Teneo Performance to market as the world is back at work and CEOs need to find new ways to engage and motivate themselves, their teams and their organizations to do what We’re being referred to as the “New Different” to be successful in the environment, “said Declan Kelly, CEO of Teneo.

The new division will be led by Chris Wearing and will initially be rolled out in Ireland to serve domestic and multinational companies. The Irish business is led by Vice Chairman Liam Sheedy and includes senior executives James Bowen and Brian MacNeice, who joined Teneo last year through the acquisition of Kotinos Partners, a boutique organizational performance consultancy.

“We are very excited to start this business with a great team in Ireland and look forward to growing it on a global scale in the coming weeks and months to serve our customers around the world,” added Kelly.

The rollout will expand the company’s service offering, which includes strategic communications, financial and risk advice, restructuring, digital advice, and talent advice. Teneo has approximately 850 employees in 21 offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.

The company recently acquired a minority stake in WestExec Advisors, a Washington, DC-based advisory firm specializing in political risk. Teneo also opened a new office in Paris earlier this month.
