Frontline Managed Providers buys authorized IT consultancy Logicforce
Frontline Managed Services, an Atlanta-based provider of outsourcing solutions to the legal industry, has acquired Logicforce, a Nashville-based legal IT consultancy. Founded in 1995, Logicforce helps law firms improve their internal operations through technology, with offerings in IT optimization, e-discovery, document review, cybersecurity and digital forensics. The company’s technology partners include iManage, Cellebrite and Nuix.
