“/> Amigo Wraps, specialist in auto wrapping, is first to move to one of 10 units in the brand new Concorde Park in Segensworth. From left, Russell Mogridge of Vail Williams, Alan Gonzalez, owner of Amigo Wraps, Ollie Sherriff of CBRE, Mark Hooper, Development Director at Kingsbridge Estates, and Alex Gauntlett of Vail Williams.

Alan, 25, said: ‘Concorde Park is perfect for amigo wraps as we have space for up to 15 cars on site at the same time, five inside the bay and ten outside in dedicated parking lots.

‘We’ve been incredibly busy during the curfew and pre-Christmas season, preparing bookings for the summer as many car owners prepare for the show season.

“From £ 500 bangers to supercars like a £ 250,000 Lamborghini, we treat every customer, regardless of budget, kindly, hence the Amigo reference.”

Amigo Wraps was founded four years ago by Alan of Southampton who cut his teeth in the auto wrapping industry.

He modified his first vehicle, a VW Scirocco, when he dropped out of college over seven years ago.

The growing company has three employees – Alan, vehicle improvement specialist Ben Parnell and receptionist Chelsey Durman. Another employee starts the new year.

Real estate consultancy Vail Williams, on behalf of developer and owner Kingsbridge Estates, manages Concrode Park, a 10-unit project that spans units from 3,000 to 40,000 square feet.

Russell Mogridge, a Vail Williams partner, said, ‘Amigo Wraps is the first to occupy Concorde Park and we have a keen interest in all of the other units because of the high quality construction, easy access to Southampton and Portsmouth and the lack of similar commercial buildings along the M27 Solent Corridor. ‘

Mark Hooper of Kingsbridge Estates said, “Welcome to Amigo Wraps, Concorde Park’s first occupier. Negotiations are ongoing for various other entities through our agents. We are confident that Full House will be called sooner rather than later as the economy recovers. ‘

Kingsbridge Estates acquired the vacant property in 2019 from Hampshire County Council, who owned the property.

Companies in the region include Yodel, Geest Line, Meggitt, FedEx Express, TÜV SÜD and Wärtsilä.
