Property consultancy snaps up counterpart to create 700-strong group

Ridge and Partners (Ridge), the real estate and construction consultancy with offices in Birmingham, has acquired Projex Building Solutions, a multi-service equivalent.
Phil Tomalin and Nick Keaney are now Ridge partners and will support the integration of the two companies. The move brings 36 employees to Ridge – 23 in Leeds and 13 in Birmingham, who will be renamed Ridge. The total workforce at Ridge will grow to more than 700 people in its twelve offices.

Founded in Oxford in 1946, Ridge is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
