The report is based on an online small business survey conducted between June 9 and July 16, 2021 of 2,007 U.S. small businesses with annual sales between $ 100,000 and $ 10 million in 2020. The report also provides insights into the way small businesses execute and pay for goods and services, their banking relationships, their view of technology, and their top business concerns.
