Roger Hannah acquires viability consultancy enterprise | North West
Manchester-based Chartered Surveyors’ company Roger Hannah & Co has expanded with an acquisition.
The company has acquired Grasscroft Development Solutions, the profitability consulting division of Grasscroft Properties.
Grasscroft Development Solutions was founded in 2003 by Mike Coulter and advises clients such as Countryside Properties, Bellway Homes, Redrow Homes, Barratt David Wilson and Persimmon Homes.
Mike Coulter, who has more than 20 years of experience in the development industry, will remain in an advisory capacity to Roger Hannah for the foreseeable future, overseeing the merger of the two companies.
The deal follows the recent appointment of Laura Mackay, formerly at Savills, as director and head of development consultancy. Mackay will work alongside Coulter to lead the profitability side of the development team, along with other development advisory services.
