Marlowe, the listed giant in business-critical services and software, has acquired Santia, which has an office in Blidworth, Nottinghamshire, in a £ 4.5 million deal.
Santia, headquartered in Cardiff, is an environmental safety auditing and advisory service provider.
Santia has 120 employees in Cardiff and Blidworth.
For the year ended December 31, 2019, Santia generated Adjusted EBITDA of £ 800,000 on sales of £ 10.6 million. The initial consideration of £ 4.3million and the subsequent deferred consideration of £ 200,000 are payable subject to the achievement of integration goals and will be settled in cash and funded from Marlowe’s existing cash.
