INDEVCO Consultancy launches an operational excellence academy
INDEVCO Consultancy uses its extensive expertise in improving business operations and skills transfer and has established an Operational Excellence Academy.
The launch brings the best of INDEVCO Consultancy’s advisory and knowledge transfer expertise to the new branch, which focuses on delivering a range of leadership, professional development and technical training programs and courses for individuals and teams.
“Our experienced experts offer recognized certifications and training courses to improve professional skills and develop specialist knowledge and business skills,” explains Wissam Moubarak, Vice President of the Lebanese consultancy.
With over six decades of industrial and operational experience, INDEVCO Consultancy (the consulting pillar of the INDEVCO manufacturing group) specializes in value creation and manufacturing excellence in (mainly industrial) companies. Among other things, the company helps customers optimize their supply chain, streamline processes, embed data-driven work and ensure occupational safety and solid risk management.
As part of the delivery approach, the company’s consultants have always shared knowledge with customers so they can control their own journey and drive continuous improvement. These two skillsets now form the pillars of the new Academy, which started with a curriculum consisting of six courses, including Critical Decisions in Operations Management, which aims to help managers develop their skills to master operations and Improve skills in process management, procurement, supply chain, logistics and more.
Another course, “Introduction to the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard”, is intended to help professionals understand the importance of quality management and learn how to successfully implement the ISO 9001 quality management system in their organization.
