The change from consulting company for digital transformation takes place in response to the increased demand for his project management-as-a-service as well as his services in cloud technology and agile transformation.

With a growth of 300 percent over the past four years, The Project Foundry currently has 20 permanent team members on its Dublin-based team. It also supports a network of employees.

The team has helped roll out technology initiatives in pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services. The Project Foundry’s current clients include telecommunications brand Virgin Media, clinical research company Icon and insurance provider MetLife.

Founded in 2015, CEO Declan Ryan said The Project Foundry takes a “simple, no-hassle approach” aimed at reducing risk and accelerating digital transformation.

“We have seen high growth due to the demand for our services in the market,” said Ryan. “We listen to our customer base and continuously invest significant amounts of capital back in the business to build services that enable our customers to realize value faster.”

Ryan said the expansion plan will allow the company “to continue to build on the reputation we have built as a trusted partner to high-level technology leaders.”

He added, “Further investments and new roles will further strengthen our team’s capabilities as we build world-class technology transformation capabilities here in Dublin. For us this is just the beginning. “

Ryan spent more than eight years at Ergo before co-founding The Project Foundry after brief positions in project management at Bank Lloyds and IT provider Qualcom.
