Mace Group has teamed up with Tenman Project Management (Tpm) – the former in-house development and project management team at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore – to create a new consultancy focused on the Asia-Pacific region.

The MaceTpm team will cover a range of sectors from hospitality and resorts to infrastructure and data centers. It will also seek to expand into new markets like the Philippines while consolidating services in Vietnam, Macau, Hong Kong and Singapore, the company said.

Maces International Managing Director for Consult, Davendra Dabasia, and Tpm Directors Nick Boekel and Matthew Pryor will lead the executive team of the new company.

“The new alliance is part of Mace 2026’s business strategy, in which we have bold ambitions to expand internationally, reduce carbon emissions by 10% annually and increase diversity by 10% annually,” said Mace at the announcement of the partnership.

“To redefine the boundaries of our ambitions, we are introducing MaceTpm as a performance-oriented consultant in the Asia Pacific market ready to take large projects and programs to the next level for all of our clients.

“The MaceTpm partnership brings with it delivery focus, international know-how and local knowledge and will offer outstanding services in program and project management as well as advisory services for real estate and infrastructure customers in the region from the public and private sectors.”

In addition to Marina Bay Sands, Tpm’s earlier projects are also expected to include the integrated Filipino resorts of Solaire Resort & Casino and Marriott Widus Resort & Casino.
