Ruhana DaSilva (picture above), former managing director of Isobar Malaysia, founded the digital consultancy REISE together with the founder and managing partner Sudhansh Jadon (picture below right). DaSilva told A + M that REISE is a digital consulting company that combines strategy and activation and delivers meaningful results for the most complex ideas and organizations. The eight-person team specializes in a specific digital area that helps bring REISE’s vision to life. Dasilva said the company’s main focus is challenging the norm, bringing purpose, product and people together to function strategically by connecting with their audience online.

In today’s world, anyone can have an online platform, DaSilva said. “After working with some of the world’s leading advertising brands, it became clear that the communities we build and nurture can serve a greater purpose,” she added. REISE was born to campaign for these platforms to make an impact as consumers become increasingly aware of what a brand stands for. According to DaSilva, this includes diversity and inclusion, climate protection, human rights, and mental health.

Meanwhile, Jadon added that it is important for brands to stand out outside of the profits they make and use their platforms to create a mutual positive impact. According to him, REISE is looking for brands with which we can form effective partnerships. The company currently has clients in the education, health, nonprofit, energy and sustainability, retail, and financial services industries. When asked who the biggest competitors are, DaSilva said that she saw the market as “untapped space”. “While many agencies approach working with clients at the marketing KPI level, we come into play at the mission level and what kind of mission the brand and company would like to pursue to unlock the potential of their platforms,” she explained.

DaSilva was appointed head of dentsu’s newly expanded Isobar team at the beginning of March, which folds Lemonade under his name. Before that, she ran Lemonade. Lemonade was founded at the end of 2017 as a unit under “Viewing iProspect” with DaSilva at the helm, before it grew into a full-fledged agency in 2019. There is no replacement as Kunal Roy was recently appointed CEO of the dentsu creative service line. Jadon was now Head of Digital Strategy and Media at iProspect, which he had held for two years since 2019. Previously, according to his LinkedIn profile, he also headed the role of Business Director in 2018.
