BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Natixis Investment Managers (Natixis) announced today that it has combined several sub-divisions related to direct indexing, overlay and multi-asset portfolios along with its advisory business under a single division called Natixis Investment Managers Solutions. The combined company has $ 45 billion1 under management and is led by co-bosses Curt Overway and Marina Gross.

As a result, the company’s direct indexing capabilities, which were previously housed in the Active Index Advisors (AIA) division, are now being provided as part of Natixis Investment Managers Solutions and the AIA name is being withdrawn as a division. Similarly, the Integrated Portfolio Implementation® function, which used to be called Managed Portfolio Advisors (MPA), is now being offered by the new department and the MPA name is being withdrawn. The changes will be seamless for customers and their accounts as well as their legal contracts, and all current Natixis employees of the individual sub-brands have become employees of the unified division.

In addition to direct indexing and integrated portfolio implementation, the combined business division Natixis Investment Managers Solutions offers functions such as model portfolios, which include standard and customer-specific strategies, which are managed by specialized teams. Model portfolios offer clients a more consistent investment process and give advisors more time to address client needs. Also within the newly merged company are the Natixis Sustainable Future Funds®, which are designed for bond investors who want to achieve sustainable long-term returns. The funds combine a sophisticated “until retirement” allocation path with a focus on ESG investments.
