As the cycling trend has taken the world by storm by not only providing a different means of transportation but also greatly reducing CO2 emissions, Taiwan’s largest hotel and resort chain, The Fullon Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to encourage local and international tourists to explore the island by bike.

The Fullon Hotels & Resorts won the award World Branding Awards five years in a row in the Hotels & Resorts category. In addition to numerous domestic and foreign awards for various categories of gastronomy, accommodation, gourmet food and service quality. The resort prides itself on providing traditional and authentic Taiwanese service to its guests.

To boost its plans to promote tourism through cycling, The Fullon Hotel is now offering cycling tours in seven bike-friendly hotels in north, central, south and eastern Taiwan to create an environment that caters to the needs of each individual rider.

The hotels offer bicycle rentals, repair stations, exclusive parking spaces, bicycle washing areas, energy packages for guests and a detailed travel plan that accompanies guests on their journey.

Each Fullon hotel is close to popular tourist attractions such as Taipei Zoo, ShenKeng Old Street, National Taiwan University Gongguan shopping district, Mala Bay, Discovery World and various amusement facilities.

With the plans of the hotels and the latest updates, they hope to become the most convenient accommodation option for cyclists and all domestic and foreign travelers.

In the 2021 Bicycle Friendly Travel and Accommodation Popular Voting event recently organized by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau, The Fullon Hotel & Resort was named one of the top 3 regional contests, making it one of the top hotel brands on the list.
