Dynavistics, Inc. announced the acquisition of the entire Microsoft Dynamics GP practice from Run Business Solutions (“runbiz ™”). The acquisition includes both Dynamics GP’s customer base and the consultants currently serving and supporting those customers. The move strengthens an already healthy and growing Dynamics GP practice at Dynavistics and adds even more depth and talent to the company’s ERP consulting team.
According to Todd McDaniel, Dynavistics’ vice president, all of this stems from mutual admiration and synergies between the two companies. “We have had a great collaboration with Runbiz owners for over 10 years. In fact, many of their customers are also joint customers of ours using either or both of our integrated AR collection management and advanced distribution suites that we developed for Dynamics GP. “
Drew Terrell, President of Runbiz, says the transition will be completely seamless for customers and that most will continue their relationship in a different role. “Runbiz has a strong and thriving IT managed services business and we will continue to offer these services to our customers with Dynamics GP. Dynavistics will give our Dynamics GP consultants and customers the growing partner they deserve. They are just as enthusiastic about the provision of excellent ERP solutions as Runbiz for IT managed services. ”
McDaniel says the more they talked about it, the more meaningful it made for their respective companies and for their customers. “Runbiz will continue to focus on its managed IT services business while handing over daily ERP consulting and support to a company that continues to invest heavily in the Microsoft Dynamics GP product line. At the same time, customers will continue to work with the consultants they are already familiar with and at the same time have access to an expanded list of dedicated Dynamics GP consultants, support experts and software developers at Dynavistics. ”
