US consultancy The Carnrite Group launches in the Middle East

The American management consultancy The Carnite Group has opened its third global office with a branch in the United Arab Emirates.

Founded in 1991 in Houston, USA, The Carnite Group is a consulting firm providing a range of strategic, business and digital transformation services to clients in the energy and industrial sectors. The company is best known for its track record in the energy space, which includes players in the power generation and distribution, renewable energy, oil and gas, and utilities segments.

After expanding to Great Britain in 2019 (which oversees projects in Europe and Africa), the company has now opened a branch in the United Arab Emirates. The new office, located in both Abu Dhabi Global Markets and Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, will initially focus on serving customer needs in the Gulf Cooperation Council region before expanding its focus further, Nick said Carnrite, Head of Europe and Middle East.

With the energy and industrial sectors facing major disruptions and a host of strategic and operational challenges at the back of the Covid-19 crisis and the government-led switch to renewable energy, it is more important than ever for businesses to have access trusted advisors with in-depth knowledge of their industry and operations, ”said Carnrite.

Having already completed several projects in the Middle East with fly-in teams, “establishing a local presence in the region was a natural next step in our growth plans”. Worldwide, the company’s track record includes engagements in 25 countries on six continents since its inception.

“We look forward to growing our team internationally and are grateful to our customers around the world who trust us to help them make difficult business decisions,” concluded Carnrite. According to their LinkedIn corporate page, The Carnite Group has around 50 consultants and employees across its three offices.

In addition to its advisory services, the Carnite Group also has a venture capital arm that invests in technology, healthcare and real estate.
