This role consists of two core components:

The first is to support the following business management tasks.

  • Acting as the first contact: communication and telephone handling
  • Manage your diary, organize meetings and appointments and often control access to managers / executives
  • Travel, transport and accommodation reservations and arrangements
  • Organization of events and conferences
  • Remind supervisors / managers of important tasks and deadlines
  • Implementation and maintenance of procedures / management systems
  • Contact with employees, suppliers and customers
  • Investigation and reporting

His role also includes assisting management in personal housing organizations such as:

  • General organization and support in tidying up the house
  • Daily operations such as ordering items, shipping, printing, etc.
  • Take home inventory to help order products
  • Manage supplier relationships
