NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Prosek Partners, a global financial marketing communications and special situations company, announced today that it has acquired a stake in Blue Dot Capital, a boutique sustainable finance consultancy with expertise and experience in advising investment management firms in developing comprehensive environmental and social policy and governance (ESG) and impact investing skills.

The two companies have been working closely together for almost two years, helping clients develop, expand and communicate their ESG commitments and programs to stakeholders. The merger will enable the two companies to offer the full range of ESG advisory services, including ESG policy, governance, integration, investment strategy, reporting, investor relations, narrative building, and strategic marketing and communication.
