Accenture Acquires Strategic Administration Consultancy Homburg & Associate to Develop Capabilities in Industrial Technique, Gross sales and Pricing

MANNHEIM, Germany – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Homburg & Partner, a strategic management consultancy specializing in business strategy, sales and pricing. The 73-strong Homburg & Partner team has joined the Accenture customer, sales and service team. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Homburg & Partner, headquartered in Mannheim, has demonstrably increased sales, market share and profitability and has in-depth knowledge of the industry, especially for customers from the industrial goods, health and chemical industries. With their strategic consulting competence, Homburg & Partner helps customers to achieve measurable market success, to achieve growth targets and to draw more value from their sales and price management strategies.
