Law firm on hiring spree and consultancy sets sights on central belt

A Scottish law firm has strengthened its legal team with a number of executive promotions across the company, while a sales and marketing consultancy in Aberdeen announced plans to expand its reach to the central belt.

But your Considine has promoted nine employees to Director, Senior Associate, Associate and Senior Solicitor and has appointed two new partners.

Kayleigh MacLaren, Associate Director, Corporate Property Services, Aberdeen, has been promoted to Director and Leanne Warrender, Senior Associate, Housing Brokerage Services, also based in Aberdeen, is now a partner. Danny Anderson, a corporate attorney in Aberdeen, becomes senior attorney.

Eleanor Comfort, Associate in Dyce, was promoted to Senior Associate. Katie Hutchinson has returned to Westhill as a senior solicitor after previously serving as an attorney with the firm.

Laura Browne returns as a partner on the bank dispute team. Catriona Ramsay, employment law attorney, and John Di Paola, banking disputes attorney, were both promoted to senior associate, and Joelle Neep, senior banking disputes solicitor, now associate. All of these positions are based in Glasgow.

Eventually, Tahir Bashir, Lender Services Operations Manager in Newcastle, will be promoted to assistant director.

These promotions follow the seven announced in February.

Interlock360 is jointly managed by Chris Robinson from Aberdeen and Sarah Alcock from Northumberland. The duo works with another team of eight sales, marketing and creative consultants.

Mr. Robinson, joint managing director, has more than 20 years of experience in sales. Over the past five years, he has built up his own company, Collaborative Business Development, to offer sales strategies and training, as well as to set up CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
