A Liverpool creative agency that creates designs for soccer balls, coins, smoothie bottles and more has launched three new companies to respond to customer needs.

The Bold Street-based group, whose portfolio includes partnerships with Primark, Fever Tree, Miter, Innocent and the Royal Mint, said the move follows 20 years of double-digit annual growth.

The brand consultancy Continuous will work with companies such as Primark, Ideal Standard and Innocent, while Somewhere will be a creative agency for real estate and places – “with a deep expertise in the real estate sector”.

Nick Howe, who remains CEO of the entire business, said, “This is the next logical step on the road to uniform.

“We have never stopped and we will keep evolving. Our goal is to build a new independent group, a perfectly formed, modern family of creative companies that will collaborate and operate independently on some of the most exciting projects in the world.

“After 22 years in business, we saw the opportunity to create something even more special.

“I’m just as excited about the next five years as I was when we started the company in 1998, and I believe what we’ve been working on is more relevant now than ever. Customer needs are changing and the industry is changing too. ”

The company has appointed a new CEO, FJ Rutjies, and announced the start of an acquisition drive as it “enters a new chapter of growth”.

This expansion was supported by new customer wins, including Ad Gefrin, the Northumbrian Whiskey Distillery and the appointment of Experience Leaders Paul Smith and Rapha Mark Errington.

Nick Bentley, MD for Somewhere and a co-founder of the company, said, “This is an exciting time for our team. We have seen big changes in the visualization market over the past five years, and our move to build Somewhere as the premier creative agency for real estate and real estate is aligned with how our clients’ needs evolve.

“Continuous’ new focused offering supports this change, and we have seen this in our long-term relationships with companies like Primark and Ideal Standard.

“We are taking a more agile delivery approach and working with a select list of specialized partners. I am pleased to announce that our youngest client, Ad Gefrin, will benefit from our optimized agency.

“In this way, our customers get the best of both worlds – security about quality and strategic direction as well as delivery with the right partners at the table at the right time. We are big enough to react, but small enough to take care of it. “
