Tolu Ajakaiye launches her personal consultancy: Evance Consulting

Tolu Ajakaiye starts her own consultancy: Evance Consulting

With more than a decade of business experience, Tolu Ajakaiye founded Evance Consulting, a consulting firm that focuses on the (digital) transformation of back office business processes.

Tolu worked as a business analyst consultant for the past three years and decided to follow her mantra to evolve to stay relevant. Over the past year, she has spent her time finding her niche, identifying her customers, closely monitoring digital transformation trends, and figuring out where she can offer the most value to her customers.

Her research on digital transformation has highlighted the niche in the market – “a failure of back office change as part of the end-to-end digital journey”. Ajakaiye stated, “Most digital transformation projects focus on customer front-end processes and cannot strengthen the backbone of operations.”

Ajakaiye brings years of back office experience to their company, from developing operating models and processes to system implementations. “Working with CxOs, HR and Operations to simplify back office complexities for higher performance is a niche that I’ve gained a lot of experience in,” she said.

While speaking about the driving force behind their consulting firm, Ajakaiye said, “Everyone says the world is changing and is constantly going through digital transformation. The question, however, is how we can use the change to our advantage. I believe there shouldn’t be any uncertainty in carrying out the digital business transformation. It should focus on business agility. ”

“At Evance Consulting, we focus on helping employees and their teams transform repetitive tasks with automated technology. Once we achieve this goal, there is nothing more satisfying than working closely with talented colleagues to achieve productive results, expand skills, and see that our efforts have a tangible impact on the performance of the entire company. “

“This is the age when management consultancies can be agile and help midsize businesses,” Ajakaiye continued. “There are many benefits to working with an independent business consultancy, such as flexibility and ease / speed of contracting.”

“At Evance Consulting we treat every project as a professional adventure with our clients. We want to help the world’s leading companies get the most out of technology and intelligent process automation solutions and adapt their business strategies to the changing needs of consumers and citizens. ”

Ron Person, a 30-year-old consulting veteran and founder of Critical to Success in the United States, spent several years working with Ajakaiye on a digital marketing transformation and stated that she is excellently positioned to run a successful consulting business.

“I am the founder of a SaaS company (Software as Service) and two successful boutique consulting companies. If I were to start another consultancy focused on helping clients achieve their goals, I would want Tolu on board. ”

Evance Consulting, based in London, offers consulting services (determining the business model for changes and planning) and execution support (helping clients to provide back office change processes). The niche advice focuses on small and medium-sized companies.
