Daniel Jürgenschellert, Managing Director, Helbing Business Advisors

The DACH-based management consultancy Helbing Business Advisors has appointed a new managing director and board member in Germany.

Daniel Jürgenschellert brings around two decades of experience in the areas of business transformation, turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, corporate management and digitization to the company.

Before joining Helbing Business Advisors, the management consultancy division of Helbling headquartered in Switzerland, a 600-strong service group, Jürgenschellert was a partner at Corporate Finance International, an M&A company that focuses on the mid-market segment.

Before that he was CFO for Scholz Recycling. In his first position at Helbing Business Advisors, he worked for the company in Düsseldorf for over five years, after having previously gained four years of experience at the Big Four giant Deloitte.

At Helbing Business Advisors, Jürgenschellert will focus on M&A mandates and support clients both before strategic planning and transaction advice and after the merger. “I look forward to working with our experts to support our clients in their successful deals and transformations,” said Jürgenschellert.

In Germany, Helbing Business Advisors is now led by Daniel Jürgenschellert, Jan-Erik Gürtner and Volker Gross, although the latter has announced that he is leaving the partnership in order to take on a new challenge outside the company. The consulting company employs around 70 people in the German branches and a slightly larger team in the Swiss branch.
