Service provider’s PACT Hires Funds Business Chief and Innovator as Chief Enterprise Growth Officer

LOUISVILLE, Ky .– (BUSINESS WIRE) – Merchant’s PACT has hired Genevieve Dozier, a 15-year-old payments industry leader, as chief business development officer to drive strategic growth and partnerships within the financial institution channel.

In her new role, Dozier will oversee the advisory services, programs and integrated partnerships offered to financial institutions. She will work closely with the clients of Jack Henry’s financial institutions to deliver bespoke merchant services programs and managed services. In addition, it will help identify investment and revenue opportunities that will drive the company’s growth.

Dozier began her payments career at BB&T in 2006. During her time at BB&T, Dozier held numerous positions that enabled her to learn all aspects of banking and merchant services. Her positions have included: Leadership Development Associate, Product Development for AVP Bankcard & Merchant Services, VP Head of Merchant Services Sales Support, VP Merchant Services Product Strategy & Sales Support, and VP Debit Card Issuing Product. At the height of her tenure with BB&T, Dozier supported 2,100 offices and 90 sales reps across the country. She managed a portfolio of over 50,000 traders, handling over $ 18 billion annually.

After BB&T, Dozier worked as Channel Marketing Manager for North America at Ingenico Group and as Senior Director for Business Development for Financial Institutions at CardConnect. At CardConnect, she led an affiliate program that helped over 100 banks and credit unions across the country grow their merchant portfolios. Dozier led a team of business developers, merchant sales advisors, merchant support, and partner support that helped the financial institution’s channel surpass portfolio and revenue growth targets each quarter. Most recently, Dozier was Client Business Executive for ISO and Payment Facilitator Partner at Global Business Solutions at Fiserv. In this role she was responsible for new sales, partner management, contract negotiations and business strategy for over 40 customers.

In addition to her professional excellence, Dozier has taken an active role in volunteering for Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions). When she became Corporate Champion, she raised awareness and created opportunities for engagement by increasing the number of Wnet members at her previous employer from 10 to 1,000 within three years. Dozier continues to act as an ambassador and webinar moderator for knowledge and trends in the payments industry. She also serves her second term on the advisory board of Wnet.

In addition to her volunteering at Wnet, Dozier has been recognized for her innovation by various associations and programs in the payment industry. In 2019, she was named ETA (Electronic Transactions Association) Top 40 Under 40, member of the Money 20/20 Rise Up program to empower women in leadership positions, and recipient of the Wnet Making Waves award. Dozier was also a speaker at the Money 20/20 MoneyFest 2020 on how to maintain the ultimate work-life balance after a global pandemic.

“We are excited to have Genevieve join the team reporting to me with their extensive experience, particularly with financial institutions, thought leaders, business strategy, exceptional partner management and growth results. She will also lead efforts to improve our participation and sponsorship with Wnet to help empower and invest in leadership roles for women in the payments industry, ”said Tom Wimsett, Chairman and Managing Director of Merchant’s PACT.
