We are looking for a young, dynamic digital marketing manager to join our marketing department to work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee the company’s marketing department staff, ensure the team is run effectively and the company is in line with Promote the strategic goals set by the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate can think on his feet and must have good interpersonal skills.

You also need to be reliable, intelligent and enjoy a challenging and fast working environment. Some marketing experience is beneficial. However, a resilient and attentive demeanor is a priority that extends beyond work experience.

The tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Setting marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Coordination and transfer of the requirements of business areas / teams with CMO and Operations Specialist.
  • Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels.
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing projects.
  • Tracking new business contacts and initial responses to leads.
  • Look for new ways to generate sales leads online.
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and works closely with the data analyst to generate detailed reports for executives.
  • Design online marketing audiences to target advertising inexpensively.
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed to act on data collected and other feedback.
  • Follow the directions carefully, if any, and try to exceed the stated expectations.

The successful candidate should have the following qualities:

Minimum requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the company;
  • Experience leading a large team; and
  • Experience in strategy and planning skills.
