Worley sells public infrastructure advisory enterprise for $48m

Worley has sold its public infrastructure consultancy Capital Projects Advisory (CPA) to SA Management Pty (TSA) for $ 48 million.

TSA is a project services consultancy focused on critical infrastructure and real estate projects in Australia and New Zealand.

CPA was a small part of Worley Advisian’s advisory business, specializing in the delivery of capital projects in the public infrastructure sector.

It has approximately 110 employees in Australia and New Zealand.

According to Worley, Advisian continued to be an important part of its growth strategy.

Chris Ashton, Chief Executive, said, “The sale supports Worley’s continued investment in our strategic growth areas to accelerate our role in helping customers on their journey to energy transition, sustainability and digitalization.”
