Life science commercialisation firm Fishawack Well being acquires world analysis consultancy
A Cheshire-based life sciences marketing company has acquired a research consultancy with offices in Europe, Asia and the United States.
Fishawack Health has purchased PRMA Consulting, which has UK offices in Fleet and Manchester, for an undisclosed amount.
Oliver Dennis, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fishawack Health, said: “We are excited to welcome PRMA Consulting to our group – our third acquisition in 2021.
“PRMA Consulting has extensive specialist knowledge in the areas of global market access, HEOR and disease and is therefore an important addition to our Consulting division.
