Founder Greg Quinn said the opening of the new office marks the latest stage in the development of People HQ and its range of services.

“When I started People HQ in 2019, I always wanted to make sure we were physically present,” he said.

“I opened People HQ with a vision to support companies in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and that is exactly what we did. When a business owner has a staffing or recruiting problem, or needs help with team building, my team can help. When I started the company, I wrote the slogan “We are the headquarters for the HR department”. We have delivered on all fronts for many customers so far and look forward to helping more as the company grows.

The new People HQ offices will allow Greg and his team to offer their holistic HR and recruiting services throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

“We chose Newtownards because after 25 years in the industry, I wanted to bring my knowledge and skills to help the companies I shop for every day,” he said.

“We’re also the first established recruitment agency on Main Street in Newtownards. Our location allows us to easily serve our current customers and build a growing customer base in North Down and beyond. “
