Free advice sessions for Hambleton businesses

Hambleton companies are being encouraged to sign up for one-on-one counseling as part of an initiative helping the district recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

The county council is offering free sessions over the next three months to help companies stay afloat and ultimately get stronger out of lockdown.

They are supplied by the consulting firm ‘Insight with Passion’ on behalf of the authority and can cover any topic according to the requirements of the company.

They take place on Wednesdays, February 24, March 10, March 24, April 7, April 21 and May 5, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Companies can book a one-hour individual appointment at [email protected]

The sessions work alongside a series of free business workshops that focus on helping businesses adapt to online retailing, providing excellent customer service, and understanding how to effectively brand their business while at the same time promote resilience and encourage business owners to collaborate.

The themes and dates are: Survive and Thrive on February 23rd and 24th; Take your business online on March 9th and 10th; Using Social Media to Build Your Brand on March 23rd and 24th; Service Excellence on April 6th and 7th; Tell your brand story on April 20th and 21st. and the importance of collaboration and fellowship on May 4th and 5th.
