At the heart of this fabulous business is a well-oiled and talented HR role. Thanks to the recent restructuring, an experienced, regionally oriented HR business partner has to be added.

This practical role will have a split focus. Help introduce the HR plan in your region as a “real” business partner to your respective management team, while ensuring that the company and its employees receive first-class operational HR service.

You support the HR manager and are a trustworthy partner for your stakeholders. Driving skills, ensuring the implementation of staff plans, providing training and guidance, performance management, etc. and escalation point for a shared service team, providing HR / ER advice, policy creation, MI reporting, score carding and support on various other company-wide projects and communications.

A customer-centric approach with exceptional stakeholder management is key, as is the ability to “go into detail” to create meaningful MI and statistical information to aid in business decisions.

You need to be familiar with systems (especially Excel), be able to quickly build strong, robust and collaborative relationships with people at all levels, have excellent knowledge of labor law and be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment in which you regularly traveling, feeling good is required up and down your assigned space.
