The SAP consultancy Invenio is merging with its counterpart LSI Consulting

The reading-based consulting firm Invenio has partnered with the US-based LSI Consulting. The move combines two rapidly growing SAP implementation specialists with presence in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and North America.

Invenio was founded in 2006 and is a technology consultancy that solves complex business challenges with innovative digital solutions based on SAP technology. The Reading-based company has offices in Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, India, Fiji and the USA and employs around 1,000 people worldwide.

In 2019, Invenio secured investments from BGF – the UK and Ireland’s most active investor – to support the company’s continued growth. The latest chapter in this expansion is a merger with the US consultancy LSI Consulting, for which Invenio has received further follow-up financing from BGF.

Invenio, CEO of the Arun Bala Group, commented: “Our growth is based on a deep commitment to the success of customers and employees and on the vision to be recognized as one of the best technology consultancies in the world in our selected areas and markets. We are excited to partner with LSI, a well-respected SAP-based public services provider who is successful in the North American market. Our customers will now benefit from an expanded end-to-end solution and service portfolio in order to successfully achieve their goals for digital transformation. “

With this step, Invenio can better offer its clients on the North American market – the world’s largest consulting market – its tax and income management-oriented offers and thus build a global presence and achieve significant growth. Both companies are of similar financial size. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, revenue is expected to exceed $ 100 million. The new store will operate as a unit while maintaining the respective brands. Accordingly, Invenio CEO Geoff Neville, Group CEO Arun Bala, CFO Steve Coxhead and BGF investor Alex Snodgrass will be supported by LSI CEO Steve Roach.

Roach said: “Invenio is a respected player in the field of tax and income management and shares our commitment to solution-oriented customer partnership and a customer experience of the highest order. We will use our collective history and complementary solutions to enable our customers’ success and ultimately improve the lives of constituents around the world. We are proud to work with their world-class team and continue our journey together. ”
