Interior design consultancy’s Office Principles, which has invested in a new regional headquarters in the Midlands, has continued to expand, securing seven new projects for a total value of more than £ 15 million.

The company, which recently signed a five-year contract for a stand-alone building on the Coleshill Manor Office Campus, has been selected to carry out the new projects in the Midlands and London.

This includes the planning and renovation of 148 and 154 Great Charles Street in Birmingham city center on behalf of Ergo Real Estate and the Solihull offices of supply advisor Xoserve.

The Birmingham-based Office Principles team delivered £ 7.5m worth of projects in the first year and an additional £ 12.5m in 2020. It plans to further expand its regional workforce to complete the new projects and employ 18 people.

Gary Tailby, Joint Managing Director of the Midlands Business, said, “This is a great start to the year and it gives us a platform to grow our business on.

“These new orders were secured after 18 successful months in which we consistently demonstrated the added value that we bring in the design phase of a project and the highly qualified team that we provide on site.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to redesign spaces in some of our best-known regional buildings and provide impressive new workplaces for a variety of customers.”
