PepsiCo elects Dave Lewis as an impartial member of the Board
The election of Dave Lewis as a member of the PepsiCo Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee will take effect on November 13, 2020
PepsiCo, Inc.. announced that its Board of Directors has elected Dave Lewis as an independent director. Lewis, 55, will join the Company's Board of Directors and Audit Committee effective November 13, 2020.

Lewis was previously Group Chief Executive Officer of the UK-based multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer Tesco PLC. Before Tesco, Lewis worked at Unilever PLC for almost three decades, including in various management positions in Europe, Asia and America, most recently as President for Personal Care; President, America; and Chairman, United Kingdom and Ireland.
Lewis currently chairs the Board of Trustees of the World Wildlife Fund-UK and previously chairs Champions 12.3, a coalition dedicated to accelerating progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to halve global food waste by 2030.
