How To Create Topographic Map Patterns in Photoshop

Follow today's Photoshop tutorial to create a topographic map effect. I'll show you how to quickly create a detailed pattern using a combination of Photoshop filters, and then I'll show you how to adjust the parameters of those filters to match the effect.
