Allow alkaline spring water to flow, one of the fastest growing water brands in North America across all categories of packaged water, has completed the Series D capital increase and secured funding of $ 45 million / £ 36.1 million. The message was confirmed by the founder and CEO of Flow Alkaline Spring Water, Nicholas Reichenbach.

Investors in this round of financing include Shawn Mendes, a permanent partner and sustainability ambassador for Flow, and his manager Andrew Gertler, both of whom are in the round with Post Malone and his manager Austin Rosen, longtime manager of Coldplay, Dave Holmes, the former professional baseball star Chase Utley, lead. and earlier Over Engineering director Curtis Chambers. Ruttenberg Gordon Investments is one of the institutional investors in this round.

"We brought together a mix of personalities from the fields of technology, sports and entertainment – three elements of connectivity that make up a cult brand," says Reichenbach. The investors will acquire a minority stake in Flow, a B-Corp certified company, whose representatives will be appointed to Flow's Board of Advisors.

The packaged water market continues to evolve, and Flow leads the way in terms of consumer taste preference and environmental impact. Flow plans to sell over 100 million packs in 2020, with the current consumer base expected to double from 10 million to 20 million, and in 2021 with the prospect of a 10% market share in the 189 million premium water buyers of the To own land.

Flow's alkaline mineral water comes from proprietary natural artesian spring water sources in Seawright Springs, Virginia, and Ontario, Canada. Ultimately, however, flow and consumers are hailed as one of the purest tasting waters that are sold today.

Starting in May, the Flow Collagen brand introduces Infused Water, a new innovation that announces the brand as the best tasting collagen water on the market.

All rivers are packed Tetra pack, made from renewable wood fibers and an increasingly practical alternative to plastic containers. In 2020, Flow will also switch to the new packaging from Tetra-Pak, which consists of +/- 75% renewable raw materials.
