Yum China stands with communities to battle coronavirus
Yum China announced last week that it was actively mobilizing resources to respond to the outbreak of the novel corona virus (COVID-19). As part of its efforts, the company immediately introduced improved preventive health measures that prioritize employee and customer health, including the introduction of innovative new contactless business delivery and catering services.
Yum China has also donated money, free meals and volunteer time to help frontline medical workers.

Yum China has donated RMB3 million / £ 330,000 to support hospital staff in Wuhan, and the company's brands also help in other ways. Since January 27th KFC and Pizza Hut Brands offer medical staff in hospitals across Wuhan up to 1,500 free meals a day.
The initiative has since expanded and has delivered over 70,000 free meals to nearly 500 hospitals and community health centers in mainland China.
