YouGov buys Australian knowledge insights enterprise | Information

United Kingdom – YouGov has fully acquired Sydney-based data insights consultancy Faster Horses for an undisclosed number.

Founded in 2014 by Veronica Mayne and Peter Fair brotherFaster Horses has 20 employees in offices in Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The company operates across industries, including energy, telecommunications, Travel and Tourism, Health and Elderly Care, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Government.

After the acquisition, the company will initially keep its name before moving under the YouGov Australia umbrella. Mayne and Fair brother stays with Faster Horses.

The company currently uses third-party panel providers but will migrate its research to YouGov as part of the acquisition and will also help bring the YouGov Safe cross-device tracker and data marketplace to the Australian market.
