Synergi makes key appointments | Business Up North

C.Synergi, a noisy solutions and managed services provider, has set a number of key appointments in support of its growth plans to meet the demand for modern cloud-based technologies that support flexible work models for the home and office.

With seven new employees in the areas of managed services, marketing and finance, customer care, consulting and technical teams, Synergi plans to create another ten new roles before the end of the year in order to consolidate its position as the leading cloud solution provider in the north.

Synergi is headquartered in Metro Riverside Park in Gateshead and has offices in Scotland, Leeds and London. The company works with companies across the UK, helping them migrate from traditional IT systems to flexible cloud technologies that improve efficiency and control costs.

New Marketing Manager Katy Bernstein’s new role is to develop a marketing strategy to drive growth in a market where companies in all industries want to leverage the competitive advantages of cloud services. Katy comes from another regional tech company and brings a decade of integrated marketing experience in the business-to-business space.

Steve Holt joins as Customer Success Manager. In his role, he will support the sales team and help clients make a smooth transition to onboarding, leveraging his background in technical consulting, implementation and support.

Other new dates are Alex Noddings, Junior Developer; Heidi Joynson, Marketing Director; Jen Young, Accounts; Lee Richardson, managed services consultant; and Matthew Harding, test engineer.

Peter Joynson, CEO of Synergi, said the new hires will help the company meet the demands of new and existing customers: “We had an amazing 12 months to help customers adapt to new ways of working, their safety to strengthen and improve their processes in support of remote work.
