Spray Lakes Advice, which aims to connect recruiters with C-caliber talent within the gaming industry, has plans to expand its business to north and Latin America.
The move, the company said, will meet market demands and accelerate its plans for geographic growth.
Company boss Nick Harding has decided to expand across the Atlantic following feedback from the market. Spray Lakes began operating exclusively in May 2021 Europe but is advancing his initial plans to enter the North and Latin American markets.
Harding, who has four decades of experience in the gambling industry, commented, “We identified Latin America as a key region where companies had significant problems simply because they did not have access to the right people, who knew both the market and the industry.
“Having one, but not the other, can give companies a false sense of security and ultimately cost them enormous sums of money. The lack of access to the right people with the right experience, or alternatively the thought that successful expansion programs can be achieved with the resources available, often puts the entire project at risk. “
He added, “In addition to providing C-level executives with expertise on a region, Spray Lakes also has the ability to assemble a team of verified experts to join a company, wherever it is located, to analyze it, report to stakeholders and if necessary, take the reins and carry out this operation. “
