MERGE buys marketing consultancy Blue Moon Digital

In the United States, health and wellness technology company MERGE has acquired Blue Moon Digital, a digital marketing consultancy that combines performance marketing, analytics, data science, and technology. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Analytics team provides implementation of tag management tools, website analytics platform optimization and in-depth analytics to answer business questions about website, product and visitor performance. The company employs more than 120 people at its headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

According to MERGE, the purchase complements its technology platform and brings an additional customer list of 65 retail brands. After the acquisition, all members of the MERGE and Blue Moon Digital executive teams will remain in their current roles.
