Isometric Metropolis Illustration in Adobe Illustrator
In today's Adobe Illustrator tutorial, I'm going to show you a really useful technique for creating isometric art, especially an isometric city scene with lots of skyscrapers and bright neon lights. Typically, isometric illustrations are drawn using a grid. However, this method makes it easier to create simple 3D objects of various shapes and sizes. Decorating the objects and then turning them into skyscrapers is also easy. I'll show you how to add colorful shapes to represent the windows without worrying about the right angles.
