Historic Peterborough enterprise membership is relaunched

A gathering at The Bell Inn in Stilton celebrated the official launch of The Original Business Club, previously known as The Peterborough Business Club for more than 25 years.

The guests heard from internationally recognized coaching experts Bevis Moynan and Paul Ward, who gave a presentation on the art of public speaking.

Joseph Reilly of the marketing agency Joseph Creative, who, together with Dan Russell of the telecommunications company Quadrant Tech and Mark Underwood of the consulting firm CMU Partners, has taken over the management of the new club, said: The event demonstrates the strength of the feeling of entrepreneurs, again in person and face to face Face to face with other business owners in their community.

Guests at the first meeting of The Original Business Club, whose origins go back 25 years.

“The event has been well received and more and more business owners from across the region are contacting us to join the club and attend our future meetings.

“These meetings take place every two weeks in the same location where the Peterborough Business Club held its events between 1992 and early 2020.”

Brian Soanes, who founded the Peterborough Business Club, said, “I am delighted that the club I have founded and run for so long has been reborn with a new leadership team and name.

“There are exciting plans ahead of us. I am confident that she will become one of the leading networking groups again. “

Guest speaker at the event will be Dyfrig Jenkins, a leading business coach and learning and development expert who has worked for well-known companies and brands such as Thomas Cook, Barclaycard and Compare the Market.

His talk will focus on the leadership challenges entrepreneurs face.
