Salford-based Frenkel Topping has acquired a law firm based in Derbyshire and Newcastle upon Tyne.

The Salford-based professional and financial services firm, which focuses on asset protection for clients, has purchased all of the issued share capital from Bidwell Henderson Costs Consultants.

The maximum total consideration for Bidwell Henderson is £ 1.48 million of which £ 740,000 is payable on completion. The balance is due in two equal tranches of £ 370,000 on the first and second anniversaries of closing, with an additional earn-out due in 2024 if certain goals are met.
