Business administrator - Eden Nuclear and Environment

Eden Nuclear and Environment is a small but growing consultancy with employees across the UK.

We are looking for a business economist to support the company with tasks such as:

  • Assisting project managers by compiling, evaluating and reporting progress information;
  • Monitoring future resource usage and sales activities;
  • Support of our quality manager;
  • Providing editorial support for reports we produce for clients;
  • General support from our business manager, e.g. in managing accounts.

You should be:

  • numbering (e.g. being able to use spreadsheets and complete calculations accurately);
  • able to communicate clearly in writing;
  • able to work and interact constructively with colleagues, customers and suppliers;
  • able to learn the specifics of our processes and apply them with attention to detail;
  • able to set priorities and meet tight deadlines;
  • able to analyze problems and propose solutions that lead to more effective management of the company.

Initial experience in business administration is desirable.

You are likely to be at least qualified for the A-level standard or have equivalent NVQs.

The position is located in our Penrith office and lasts two days a week.
